The review cycle between a CAD Tech and a Reviewer (usually a non-CAD user) has a workflow. The Reviewer creates markups. The CAD Tech makes changes to the drawing following the guidance communicated in the markups.
Autodesk Design Review is the software that the Reviewer uses to create markups in a dwf file. The CAD Tech uses Markup Manager within AutoCAD like a todo list. The CAD Tech attaches the dwf file to view the markups and works through each markup listed in the Markup Manager palette.
